We ship worldwide.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from our local courier, we use Australia Post for all shipping. 

For international shipping, any taxes, customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer upon arrivals.

Pre Orders

All pre-orders for items which are waiting to be restocked will be shipped as soon as the products are available as our priority. They will be fulfilled the same day, and processed immediately.

Returns Policy

At Yumi Silk Pty Ltd, your satisfaction is important to us.

  • We offer refunds for faulty items only upon arrival.

  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to read product descriptions and care for products correctly.

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. 

  • We use 100% certified organic and non-toxic products, please use and wash carefully to ensure product longevity.

  • Shipping costs for any returns are to be paid by the customer. 

  • We do not offer refunds for faulty items which have been washed and used. Silk is a delicate fabric and following care instructions are imperative to keeping your silk long-lasting.  Our silk is 22-momme weight with long-thread grad 6a mulberry silk. The organic nature of the fabric means that delicate care is required. Our products have been tested over a period of regular use and hand-washing with silk-safe soaps to ensure quality and longevity.
