Shipping Information

We ship worldwide.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from our local courier, we use Australia Post for all shipping. 

For international shipping, any taxes, customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer upon arrivals.

We offer free shipping when you meet the following order values:

Shipping rates for orders below these thresholds will be calculated at checkout.

  • New Zealand: 3–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–14 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–14 business days

  • Asia: 4–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

We ship with Australia Post. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, import delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Pre Orders

All pre-orders for items which are waiting to be restocked will be shipped as soon as the products are available as our priority. They will be fulfilled the same day, and processed immediately.

Returns Policy

At Yumi Silk Pty Ltd, your satisfaction is important to us.

  • We offer refunds for faulty items only.

  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to read product descriptions.

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. 

  • We use 100% certified organic and non-toxic products, please use and wash carefully to ensure product longevity.

  • Shipping costs for any returns are to be paid by the customer.
